Delivery

Cards are dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, sent by Royal Mail standard post. If you've sent directly to a recipient: typically 2–4 days. If you've chosen to receive it yourself first: allow the same, then add your own posting time.

If a card hasn't arrived within 4 days of your order being placed, we'll treat it as lost and either resend or refund — your choice.
